Set up a new gmail account for the business unless you have one you want to use already set up that is not a personal email.
Send me an email letting me know of the new email address.
If you have an eBay account already please use that instead of setting up a new one.

Set up the eBay and PayPal apps on your mobile device!
Do a Brief home inventory looking for items you no longer want need and use that you could list on ebay for sale.
This is a great opportunity to declutter and reduce distractions.
Try and find at least 10 items you no longer want need or use and that are relatively small if you can find more great if not thats okay too.
Take some time to clean up the items make sure they are in their best possible condition.

Watch listing your first items from home!
Find a Trial item from home and list that item for sale on eBay using a good until cancelled fixed price listing and free shipping.

Once your first item is listed for sale send me a copy of the confirmation email from eBay, the item number, or your eBay user id so I can give you some feedback.

This should be either the day of our next call or the day before
This is a day for you to reflect on the entire week and see how you have done. If there is anything from the week you did not finish for any reason this is a great day to take the time to make that up and get it finished!
