Make a list of your sites (2, 3, or 4).
For each site, gather:
Domain name (example: yourdomain.com)
“Primary” email to own/admin the site (where logins should go)
Business name + short description
Logo + brand colors (optional but helpful)
Decide if you want each site to be:
A separate domain (most common), or
A subdomain structure (e.g., site2.yourdomain.com)

Do this for each site once support gives you the required DNS values.
Log in to wherever your domain is registered (GoDaddy, Namecheap, Google Domains/Squarespace, Cloudflare, etc.).
Find DNS management.
Add/update the records support provided (commonly one of these patterns):
A record: @ → (IP address provided by host)
CNAME: www → (target provided by host)
Save changes.
Wait for DNS to propagate (can be quick, can take longer depending on registrar).
Quick check: once DNS is set, visiting the domain should start resolving to the new host (even if the site isn’t fully configured yet).

DNS isn’t fully propagated yet, or
www record is missing/mis-pointed, or
SSL is still issuing (support can confirm).
