Shipping

Most of our items are free shipping within the continental USA. We will ship items with whatever service is cheapest. The service may not always be the one listed. Please keep this in mind. If you want to assure that your item is shipped by a certain carrier let us know and if there is additional cost for it you will need to pay that extra.

Free shipping is for continental USA only. All items are shipped within 1-2 days after payment is received. Fast payment means fast shipping!

Payment

We accept Paypal for all payments. Payment is due within 24 hours of auction end. Buy it now payments are due immediately after auction end.

Items not paid for after this time will be relisted and a non paying bidder report will be filed.

We are happy to provide good service but we are running a business and hope you will treat us professional as well.

Returns

We strive to make sure all our items are explained in good detail with clear information and pictures. If we send you the wrong item we will refund when item is returned and correct our mistake.

We often sell surplus untested items. If item is sold as is there is no refund. We buy and sell surplus. Each item is sold “AS IS”. We will try and describe and photograph the items we sell to the best of our ability. Some items are vintage (antique). Some items are defective. Some items are brand new stock. Please note that we are not an authorized dealer for any of the products we list on eBay. Therefore we do not guarantee that the item featured in this listing will be covered by any manufacturer’s warranty or support. Some are damaged in shipment. Some of the items we get (because we get such an amazing variety) are things we have no idea how they work, or what they are.

This is surplus, excess product. Sold as-is, and most of the time, untested. We sell surplus. We sell many items that are “projects” or for parts only. Read the description carefully. Ask questions early in the auction. Again: We will only accept a return if we sent you the wrong item. For example, if you purchased a “BLUE WIDGET” and we incorrectly shipped you the “RED THINGAMAJIG” contact us for a return authorization. We may just send the red one, and tell you to toss the blue one. It does not happen very often!
